Offering either 60 or 30 min breathwork session where we will check in with how your body and energy are currently feeling, go on a breathwork journey using 1-3 breath patterns aligned with your intention and integrate afterwards. Perfect for anyone new and curious to breathwork as well as seasoned breathers looking for a shorter session.

This is a free session as part of my facilitator training, all I ask is you complete a feedback form after the session to help me further develop my skills.

Drawing on yogic and shamanic breathwork practices, Resonant Connection offers various styles of breathwork to meet your body’s needs. All sessions are faciltated using trauma informed approaches to give you a safe breathwork journey, keeping you in control of your body and experience at all times.

Meditation is at the heart of all on offer at Resonant Connection. If you think you can’t meditate or it isn’t for you, then you just haven’t found a technique that resonantes with you yet. Resonant Connection offer customised meditation sessions to suit your needs and somatic journey. For example, a session could be guided awareness for relaxation, or perhaps focusing on energy centres in the body, either calling back lost energy & releasing energy that no longer serves you.
